You are Here for a Reason

If you’ve stumbled upon my webpage, I’m convinced that there is a reason for you to be here right now, at this very moment. I know it sounds weird and crazy, but stick with me.

Regardless of how you’ve found me, I know that you have a deep desire for change, whether small or large, but that accomplishing this change is proving harder than it should be. Don’t worry. All of us have felt that way at one point or another.

What if I told you that societal constraints and what we are “programmed” to be in society is an obstacle to this change? Read that again. 9-5 sedentary jobs, lack of access to healthy food, stretching yourself thin for childcare and other family duties…when do we have time for ourselves to be the person we want to be?

What if I also told you that change can be simple…not easy, but simple. Meaning I’m not going to tell you to track your food intake and calories per hour, wear all sorts of data collectors, tell you what to eat and when to eat it, or otherwise. All while you are trying to deal with a screaming two-year-old, or cramming for exams, or dealing with whatever stressors are in place. But what I will try to do is offer information and potential solutions, and let you take what you need and want and run with it. We are going to find truth about how to live, and, hopefully, our existence. Some of these may be uncomfortable truths, but believe me, certain truths you already know, and just need to remember.

It’s time to break free. No one is going to save us. Let’s face it - we are perceived as a means to an end for the ultra-wealthy to continue to profit off of us by making us physically and mentally worse off. Screw them, and screw that.

Time to think outside the box? Or should we finally just throw it away altogether? I know what I’ve done. If this post resonates with you, come join me as we continue to transform ourselves into who we want to be and who we really are.
