About Me

Hi there. Thanks for visiting my website. My name is Ajay Vellore and I’m a double board-certified pain management specialist and anesthesiologist.

I’ve been in private practice for nearly a decade in the Denver Metro area, and I am sure that there’s a good chance that if you’re reading this now, you and I have worked together in the past! If not, hey, that’s OK, let’s get to know each other a bit if you want!

Although my previous clinical practice has allowed me to meet many wonderful people from all walks of life, I realized that other professional endeavors were calling my name. So, right now, I do a little bit of everything.

I am the medical director at Reflect Health where I keep office hours and perform pain-related surgical and interventional treatments. Our clinic also offers a holistic approach to treating the mind and body, and we routinely hold group therapy sessions that folks have found quite fruitful.

I am also the Pain Management consultant for the Denver Broncos, which has been quite enriching, eye-opening, and really just a lot of fun. I’ll say this - TV doesn’t do justice in showcasing what these guys can do.

Lastly, I also serve as medical director at Colorado Accident and Injury where we help auto accident and injury victims recover and rehab, with the majority of rehab services performed in house.

I enjoy teaching, and was privileged to receive the Resident Educator of the Year in as Chief in Anesthesiology residency at Mayo Clinic. I’ve kept that going and have routinely given lectures, most notably over the years at the Colorado Pain Society annual meeting.

Recently, I have expanded my clinical scope and am also now focusing on natural treatments as well as health and wellness, and love sharing experiences that have been incredibly beneficial to myself.

So yeah. That’s professional me in a nutshell. Probably kinda boring to read about. But in all honesty, being able to practice all aspects of pain management, meeting new people, and learning new things has been refreshing, and I’m having a lot of fun.
